Happy Halloween!!! 

Well, it's that time of year again! My Fave Holiday!! This year is the first year in about 8 years that I won't be dressing up & going to any Halloween parties or go Downtown to the club to win that costume contest. Why you ask? Because one of my Best Friends, My Sissy, Stacy moved back home to Wisconsin. :( I know I could go out with the Hubs, but she's my OTHER partner in crime. Did you see that episode of Grey's Anatomy, where Meredith tells Christina that she's her person? Yep, that's Stacy. But I am wearing my "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" t shirt to work today. I can't wait to see my friends bring their kids to the door to go trick or treating!! The house, inside & out is all decorated up! I know my hubby will be thrilled when it's all taken down. LOL. So be safe out there tonight everyone!!

Almost September!!!

Ok, I know, I know.....I haven't posted in a VERY LONG TIME.  Please forgive me. I have been busy photographing Weddings, Maternity Shoots, Parties, Bridal & Engagement photos. I have been one busy girl. Oh & yeah, I am a dental assistant Monday- Thursday, here in Powhatan. So, I looked at my calendar yesterday & saw that it's ALMOST SEPTEMBER!!!

It's also the week of our 3 year Wedding Anniversary!! 8/21/10 I became Mrs. Cable.  I can't believe it's been 3 years! Although we have been together for 11 years altogether! Jonathan, you are my Rock, My Heart & My Everything! I am so glad to call you My Mr.!! I can't wait to go to the mountains & the beach this week with my Mr. Surely I will have my camera handy for anything I want to photograph. Hopefully I won't neglect my poor little blog anymore. We'll see.

Windy Day....

Wow! The wind really has been kicking out here!! I hope it stops soon. Well, so far I haven't kept my word on keeping up with my blog. So let's try February! I can't believe that we've already gone through the month of January! I have a wedding to shoot coming up in a few weeks. I'm excited about that!! It's here in Powhatan, Va.

You know when you have to get your oil changed? And when it's done, they always tell you what is wrong with the car? I had asked them to check to see why my driver side windshield washer fluid sprayer wasn't working....it's clogged. & so clogged that they have to order a new one. How did it get so clogged?!?! Only the fluid goes through it right?! I don't know, so I need that, because I'm tired of only having the passenger side clean...& I can't see through my window if it's not. I also need 2 front tires & a battery. Great. Which comes out to be around $350! Not what I wanted to hear when I only took it in to get the oil changed. :( Oh well, gotta do the maintenence if I wanna drive the car.

It's A New Year

Happy 2013 Everyone! Wow! It sure has been a busy couple of months! Babies were born, My grandmother turned 90!! Christmas came, and my photography is really taking off. I feel so blessed. This year my resloution is to pay more attention to my sweet little blog. Look out for my work to be posted on here as well.

Out here, every Jan 1st, a bunch of motorcycles do a ride & they come right past my house. I love to hear the rumbling as they pass by. It is a tradition that I look forward to every year. I hope each & every one of you have a great day. :)
